7th Annual "EWGA at the U.S. Women's Open" charity
fundraiser and golf tournament event at the Riverview Golf Club in
Easton, PA on July 10, 2009, just minutes from the 2009 U.S. Women's
Open Championship action.

Cancellation
Policy:
Play will go on rain, shine, cold or whatever unless the golf course
closes. Please contact the course the event is being held at
for any information about a weather cancellation.
Full refunds will only be given if the event is not rescheduled.
In the event of an unforeseen emergency, please notify the events
chair of your situation and a refund will be issued for the full
amount of the entry fee.
Full refunds will be issued up until 7 days prior to any event!
Unless the cancellation is for an unforeseen emergency, partial
refunds of 75% of the event fee will be issued. At most,
events we are under contract for the number of players attending.
The 25% of the event fee not refunded will cover any costs incurred
from the cancellation. |
